Booking Terms for Royal Brands Coach
1. Introduction
These Booking Terms govern the reservation and use of chauffeur services provided by Royal Brands Coach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for airline crew members and airlines booking transportation services between airports and accommodations. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking Process
- Eligibility: Bookings can be made by airlines on behalf of their crew or by individual crew members with valid airline identification.
- Booking Methods: Bookings can be made via our website (www.royalbrandscoach.com), or by contacting our customer service team at +1 (857) 250-7835 or admin@royalbrandscoach.com.
- Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation email or notification will be sent upon successful booking, including ride details such as pick-up time, location, and driver information.
- Lead Time: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard services. Same-day bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and invoicing for airline accounts. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed for airline accounts.
- Pricing: Rates are based on the distance, time, and type of vehicle selected. All prices are quoted in USD and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply for services such as wait time exceeding 15 minutes, additional stops, or special requests (e.g., child seats).
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time will be processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellations: You may cancel a booking by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
- Modifications: Changes to booking details (e.g., pick-up time or location) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- No-Show Policy: If a passenger fails to appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Service Expectations
- Punctuality: We strive to provide timely service. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
- Luggage: Passengers are allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on bag per person. Additional or oversized luggage must be declared at booking and may incur extra charges.
- Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and adhere to vehicle rules (e.g., no smoking, no food or drink unless permitted). We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who violate these rules.
6. Liability
- Loss or Damage: Royal Brands Coach is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles. Passengers are advised to check for belongings before exiting.
- Injury or Damage: We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from passenger negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from bookings will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.
